At Geepas Saudi Arabia, operated by ALEATSAM ALKHALIJI COMMERCIAL BRANCH CO. LTD, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing high-quality products along with reliable return, exchange, and warranty support services across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

7-Day Exchange & Return Policy

Customers may request a return, replacement, or exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the order, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Please note that returns or exchanges are not applicable for bulky products such as:


  • Refrigerators

  • Washing Machines

  • Cooking Ranges

  • Freezers

  • Air Conditioners

  • Televisions

Additionally, personal care items cannot be returned once opened unless the product has a manufacturing defect. In such cases, replacement or service support for the same model may be provided.

Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:


  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and included items must be intact

  • Valid proof of purchase must be provided (invoice, order number, etc.)

  • The return reason must meet the approved return conditions

Returns may be accepted under the following situations:


  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product received damaged

  • Manufacturing defect detected upon delivery

Products showing signs of misuse, damage, or unauthorized repairs will not be accepted.

Return Process

Once the return request is approved:


  • Our team will arrange pickup of the item from the registered delivery address

  • The returned product will undergo a quality inspection

  • Approved refunds or replacements will be processed after successful inspection

Please note:


  • Shipping or pickup charges may apply for returns or replacements

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

  • If the product fails the quality inspection, the item will be returned back to the customer without refund or replacement

The pickup and delivery address used during the original order placement will be considered the official address for return and warranty claims and cannot be modified.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.

Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution. Cash refunds are not provided.

Shipping charges and service fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

To process an exchange:


  • The original item must first be returned and approved

  • A replacement order may then be arranged based on product availability
Packaging Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are safely packed in their original packaging or adequately protected during transit.

If the product is damaged due to improper packaging during return transportation, ALEATSAM ALKHALIJI COMMERCIAL BRANCH CO. LTD shall not be held responsible, and the item may be returned without processing the claim.

Warranty Policy

Most Geepas electrical and electronic products are covered by a manufacturer warranty, subject to product category and warranty terms.

Warranty coverage may vary depending on the specific product. Customers are advised to review the warranty details mentioned on the product page or packaging before purchase.

Warranty Support

If a product develops a fault after the 7-day return period and remains under warranty coverage:


  • Customers may contact our support team for troubleshooting assistance

  • Products may be repaired or replaced based on technical inspection

  • In cases where repair is not possible, a replacement or suitable resolution may be provided

Pickup and delivery service charges may apply for warranty claims requiring product collection from customer locations.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty coverage does not apply in the following situations:


  • Physical damage caused by misuse or accidents

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Damage caused by improper handling or storage

  • Consumable items and accessories unless specified

  • Products damaged during return transit due to poor packaging
Promotional & Discounted Products

Products sold under promotions, clearance sales, or special discounted offers may not qualify for refunds. However, replacement support for manufacturing defects or physical damage upon delivery may still be provided, subject to stock availability.

Warranty Period

Repair or replacement under warranty does not extend or renew the original warranty period.

If a product cannot be repaired and a replacement is unavailable while still under valid warranty coverage, an appropriate refund or alternative resolution may be offered at the company’s discretion.
